Trotts Hill Primary School and Nursery
The arrival period for children attending Breakfast Club is 7.45-8am. Children may only arrive during this time period. You must walk your child to the group room door where a member of staff will welcome the children in. Only children in Years 5 and 6 may arrive without an adult. All other children need to be handed over by an adult to a member of staff who will register the children. Children will be taken to their classrooms ready to begin lessons at 8:35am.
The club is based in the hall. Children are able to choose a range of activities. We do not serve food at Before School Club, therefore children will need to eat breakfast before coming to Before School Club.
Our capacity at Breakfast Club is 20 and children who have a pre booked place will be given priority. If you arrive without having pre-booked and we already have 20 children booked into the session, you will be turned away. This is so that staff can keep the children safe and within the correct ratio of children to adults. If we know that there are additional children attending in advance, we will be able to provide further staff. The charge for each morning session will remain at £3.50 for your first child and £2.00 for any siblings.
